Congratulations to Tim Kuptz

RE/MAX Advantage corporate broker and co-owner, Tim Kuptz, was installed as 2012 Chapter President for CRS Southern Nevada on November 30. Tim has been a CRS designee since 1998. He outlined his agenda for 2012 during the ceremony yesterday. It includes hosting a 2-day class (CRS 204) and a 1-day class right here in Las Vegas next year. Additional highlights include monthly local spotlights of CRS agents, prepared marketing materials for practicing agents, increased levels of communication, and a specific reach to the under 40 real estate agent. CRS is the Certified Residential Specialist designation. Only 4 percent of REALTORs have earned the CRS designation. They perform at a level more than 2 times that of non-CRS agents in production experience. Congratulations to Tim and his continued walk to serve his industry.
