Possible Foreclosure Wave?

Is there a possibility of another foreclosure wave hitting Las Vegas?  Numbers are suggesting the chance of a mini-version of a double dip decline. As a result, experts are suggesting housing prices won’t rebound for years due to people continuing to walk away from their homes.
