CDPE Returns!  Remember about the REO companies now setting themselves to be short sale servicers?  They will require CDPE designations or private training by the servicers themselves.  Alex Charfen said last week they are working on 5 more relationships like the one with LPS for agent qualifying for these networks.  End of September here in Las Vegas is another Live! Company News
We welcome 2 new agents to the company.  Pattie Orr comes to the Anthem office to work with Iris Fields.  Some of you may remember Pattie from selling Sun City Anthem for the builder for many years.  John Pope starts his new real estate career after spending lots of time in the heavy equipment / construction operation field.  He will be working on his own and looking to help out anywhere.  Please help them be the success you are.

Congrats to Diane Hawley as well for obtaining her property management cert in addition to her real estate license.  Diane was a former Property Manager assistant in the Summerlin office.
