Foreclosure Fraud Law

Bill 284 was signed on May 20th by Brian Sandoval, Nevada Governor; it will be going into effect October 1st, 2011. The new law will require homeowner access to the company carrying their mortgage. It will also allow the company access to any foreclosure paperwork filed and require that it be filed with the local county clerk office.
