Skyrocketing New Home Sales

April proved to be a stellar month for NEW home sales in the Las Vegas area jumping 34.5% from last year’s totals. Home builders are continuing to surge forward getting permits and beginning new builds all over Vegas. A few pundits question about the need to introduce new inventory to the local market. Anyone trying to buy a house today would suggest these pundits have no clue. Las Vegas isn’t the only one seeing increases in the housing market, it is also happening nationally. Current home sales may only be a small fraction of what the market was at in its peak years it helps reassure that Las Vegas is seeing a turn around.
