Short Sale and Foreclosure Takeover

Channel 8 Las Vegas did an ITeam Investigation recently about the housing market situation in Las Vegas. They showed that buyers are getting deals of a lifetime buying homes at 1/3 of the original listing price. In today’s market about half of Las Vegas listings are homes facing short sales. Not only that but also they take a deeper look into the foreclosure crisis we are facing. It will hopefully do some good to get more knowledgeable information about the current housing market situation that is affecting all of us.
